He also fully covered on intersection from CIBC bank and partially blocked Tim Hortons Drive Thru. When the driver got out of the truck, I attempted to tell him he was parked on the sidewalk but he said something not that nice sounding and kept walking. The bank employees where complaining to him as well. This driver was extremely mad about something and because of that he was dangerous to be in a truck. If your divers can not maintain composure, get them OFF the road.
