Drove in from Ontario with two very over-tired and restless young ones after a very long day. The staff were exceptionally patient and accommodating, especially the woman at the front desk who was so kind and went the extra mile, providing the kids with some activities. I worked with salesman Pat who was very helpful, not pushy in any way. I don’t speak French but this was a non issue, and I didn’t feel any type of prejudice, even from the primarily French speaking staff. The dealership itself is actually quite beautiful and clean with a lovely coffee bar and comfy lounge area. If need be I would travel the distance again!

The director of this branch is racist and disrespect for English speakers and is dishonest in his dealings with customer. I bought a car from them and they gave me a wrong summer tires in the contract and after a month of complaining he cheated me with tires are unusable and very old.

Bad customer service from the director himself. After many unkept promises such as delays and repairs that were never done for which we waited an additional week for… the dealership contacted me to let me know that they were going to unregister the vehicle and begin the process to repossess it. Why you ask? Because THEIR salesman wrote a blank cheque to the SAAQ, and the SAAQ employee covered all charges without even asking us. A $475 error caused by the salesman and SAAQ employee, we were being threatened for. As I read the reviews here, it’s clear to me why we were treated this way. My partner is English, and he did most of the transactions. As soon as I got on the phone and spoke French, everyone was apologetic. Ridiculous right? If you are English speaking, take your money elsewhere.

*runaway* *avoid* *stayaway* Dear future customer, for your peace of mind, please avoid, stay away from Joliette Dodge Chrysler  because they: Lack honest Lack transparency Worse customer service Scam artists Fraudsters I'm not sure how a dealership advertised "the certified Acura MDX" could have overlooked the car's alignment, tire balancing, and front and rear axle issues. I hired a professional mechanic to inspect the vehicle and discovered the problem, which cost more than $ 1600. I wouldn't want my enemy to have the same experience I did with Joliette Dodge Chrysler. I've had the same experience as other reviewers: terrible customer service from the director. Take your money elsewhere if you speak English.

Absolutely unprofessional, highly recommend people to stay away from this place, took an extra week to deliver my vehicle and still had all the problems they were supposed to fix , sales man is rude and disrespectful, worst customer service I've ever seen , you guys think the license plate is the main issue ? That's just one of Many problems , you also unplugged sensors and told me they were replaced , 60k plus for a truck and I had to bring it in to get repaired properly,  you guys are complete scam artist , I'd love to show screenshots of how you guys deal with customers, absolute joke of a dealership

Have not seen a good service like this one in a while. From beginning to end. They were there to answer my questions and made sure I was happy at all times even when I couldn't make the delivery on time. Well done! ;

Awesome dealership honest. Unfortunately did not do a deal because they did not give me what I wanted for my car. Other dealers offered me more. At least 5000$ more on a 7500$ car. But I understand but I did however spend 2 and a half hour to drive. but they provided me a gas card at least that is why the 5 star . But the online evaluation is not correct unfortunately. I wouldn't have went there if I knew.  Mazda mechanic told me my car is excellent the engine. And I get there my car has 80 000km they told me that there is something wrong.  Thanks again
