I just successfully completed my instructor training as a Body Harmonics Pilates Mat Teacher. The course was incredibly comprehensive, interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this training to anyone interested in furthering their practice. Andrea was an exceptional course leader. Kudos!

Love this studio. It's airy and modern and the classes have a ton of variety. They instructors are really knowledgeable, and two classes are never the same. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my class, i'm looking forward to being a regular.

Hy. Do u teach people how to function in basic day life? Like how one should develop a impressive personality? Do u teach peope how they walk talk to other in their daily life?
