I have a deep emotional connection with this place for personal reasons. I have visited this place several times for the past three years for their mangonada. This drink is a balm and is a velvety combination of zesty flavors. The decor has cute details.
The Boba place has a great service who really take care of their customers. We ordered black bubble tea and it was ready in 2 mins. The tea was too sweet for me and it would be good to have an option to choose sweetness level. Also as a recommendation it would me nice to improve the interior design and make it more appealing.
I am consistently wowed by the service levels here every time I come here. The perfect place to stop for a snack and a drink on a hot summer day. I have been coming here for years and the boba here is definitely a cut above the rest. Every time I come here, there are customers inside. Böba consistently delivers top tier products and services, and it's been a pleasure to see this local business grow its menu and customer base over the years. ==================== October 2022 update: Every time I come here I'm reminded why this is my favorite bubble tea shop in the area. The drinks are delicious, boba is perfect, and the staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Today I ordered a strawberry matcha latte, and mentioned that I didn't want the larger size because it has a lot of milk. The employee let me know that I could use a milk substitute instead, in case there were any dietary restrictions. More often than not, the existence of milk substitutes on a menu is there as an afterthought, but Böba shows that they have them because they care about their customers, and will make recommendations based on the wants and needs of the customer. The new reusable tumblers are also extremely adorable!!! Dietary restrictions: Milk substitutes are available
Nice little boba place. Tried Lavender milk tea this time and really liked it. Almond smoothie is awful and smells like some medicine. Friendly staff and convenient location
I am not a fan of this boba place. This time I felt that my drink is full of sugar and I got a terrible heartburn If you also left your drink you will see the mild is separated from whatever they add! However the place is nice and clean, staff are nice and friendly but I definitely will not go back for bubba Oh the bubba was fresh but unfortunately I wouldn’t go back
A milk tea shop with tons of drink and food options in the Bothell/Canyon Park area. I was surprised that there were so many food options that look good to snack on. Super aesthetic inside and lots of great cute photo spots. Food I got the kiwi milk tea and my friend got the black tea crema. I would recommend the crema over the kiwi milk tea. I haven’t tried any of the food here yet but they got tons of options that looks good to snack on with friends. Atmosphere Plenty of seating area and lots of cute photo taking spots. The noise level was not loud on a weekday night. Pricing Average prices for drinks and for food. Service Service was good and the milk tea came out fast. They also cater from the looks of billboard! Other Plenty of parking since it’s inside a large strip mall. Lots of good food spots right next door as well so perfect to come here afterwards.
Quiet little place for some boba in Bothell. Feels cozy and in an easy to get to location. Decent selection of fruit teas and good value for boba. Was in the mood for some boba on a hot summer afternoon and found this spot in Bothell. It’s right off I-405, so pretty easy to get to. It’s located in a strip mall area so there’s also plenty of parking out front. Inside the shop, there’s a few booths and tables and some neon lights/fake vegetation for aesthetic shots : The menu has a good selection of fruit and traditional milk teas with most toppings you would expect. I got the mango milk tea and wintermelon green tea, both with boba and 75% sweetness. Both were not too sweet and had their respective fruity tastes. I really enjoyed the mango tea and found it very refreshing. The boba pearls are also a nice consistency and tasted great as well. They also have plenty of snacks like bubble waffles. Each drink was only about ~$6. Overall, a nice place with chill vibes for some reasonably priced boba with a good selection!
I was slightly disappointed in this place. I guess nothing out of their fault, just something based off my personal experience of working in the restaurant/beverage industry for over 10 years. I paid 28.61$ after tip for 3 drinks which I felt was a little pricey, but I understand inflation affects business owners, not just consumers. I literally walked out the front door and the cups are pretty flimsy, so mine fell out of my hands and cracked all over the sidewalk the road I was parked right in front of the door. I was covered in smoothie and walked inside and asked if they just wanted me to dump my soaking cup in their main trash in the lobby or if they wanted to take it. The employee said "oh no. Yeah that's fine". I had literally JUST received the smoothie from her, so she knew I didn't get my moneys worth. And when she didn't offer to remake another drink, I didn't want to ask, so I just left disappointed. My lid was actually still fully sealed, I hadn't even opened it yet. Per my experience, employees should offer people a replacement in these instances, that's what I was always taught to do as a barista, bartender, server, and juice bar employee. I was a little taken aback when she didn't. I get it was my accident, but still. Someone didn't end up with a drink that I paid for, and I unfortunately won't return because of this. The other two people said their drinks tasted great at least.
The atmosphere inside is very calm and cute. They have an endless amount of options for drinks. My favorite is the passion fruit green tea with popping boba, even my toddler loves that drink. Great spot for hang outs and dates.
Great boba options! My review is based solely on drinks, we have not yet tried food options. The only issue I have is that the inside area where you order and wait for orders is extremely cramped. If there's more than a couple people in the store at one time, it feels claustrophobic.
