Sunday Funday Brunch! Three Meat & Cheese Omelet Loaded with hickory-smoked ham, hardwood-smoked bacon, farm-famous sausage, real provolone cheese, American cheese, caramelized onions, diced tomatoes finished with real cheddar cheese and green onions. Alongside loaded shredded hash browns, biscuits, gravy, & fresh fruit.
Most times I get home delivery with free delivery on Fridays. That morning I was having a early day with my granddaughter Lųh Jåę and Jay. The two smallest young adults I have ever seen. She might weight 90 pounds and he is a good 110 pounds. So going to Bob Evans was a must. I feed them every time they are with me. We all ended up having lunch. I had two hand-breaded fried chicken breasts with real clover honey, butter, one split biscuit, salad, fries, banana nut bread and washed it all down with some refreshing strawberry lemon aid. Lųh Jåę smashed a marinated 6 oz. USDA Choice sirloin steak cooked just right, topped with grilled mushrooms & onions a salad, mashed potatoes with gravy and ice cold country sweet tea. Now Jay got busy with 100% black Angus beef topped with hardwood-smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and garnished with deli pickles, fries and some seriously chilled healthy creamy chocolate milk. Even with limited staff the service was great.
Ate there on Saturday between lunch and dinner rush 3pm. Initially not impressed. The hostess was not friendly. Told us it would be about 15 min but then she never came back to seat us. We finally approached someone else and were seated. This is when things improved. Our server Cody went above and beyond in so many ways. He made our entire experience excellent. That kid has great things in his future.
Place is always great. Staff are friendly, no idea what other reviews are talking about. Food is always hot and fresh. I go here twice a week and I've had my issues, but they are always fixed quickly. Honestly the only bad part about this location are the customers. People see a line and act like children over a 15 minute wait. Go somewhere else then? Not exactly the staff's fault if people sit in the booth for an hour after eating.
What can I say the food is always good but the staff hangs around talking with each other and one girl was literally picking her nose . The hostess takes for ever to seat you because their to busy talking then they don't even say hi. The days of good service are gone but remember there's always take out and stop tipping bad service . Managers make your people work isn't that what you hired them to do? Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to get in are manual but once you get in there room to get around.
The food is always delicious we have never had a problem. The staff are pleasant and very professional. We always feel welcome as if we truly are part of the Bob Evans family.Food: 5/5

Very nice location . Very busy but that didnt stop any of the workers from being polite , they continuously greeted everyone. The food was great . Our waitress, Erika was very nice and was always on top of things!Food: 5/5
The food some of it was not cooked , doesn't taste anything, the fish was cooked with car oil, that's how bad it taste, the waitress was so nice and apologies and she called the manager and she was nice too, she said she will take care of the bill, but we were so desappionted. I will never go back there.
The kitchen staff is terrible. The kids meal came out first, a half hour after we ordered, and was consumed before the two adult meals even came out. The first meal was cold from sitting in the window for fifteen minutes, while waiting for the second meal and the second meal wasn't even complete when it came out. The server is the only reason that I gave two stars.
