Horrible service. We're told it would be an hour and a half wait and then walked back in a minute later and were sat. We waited 15 minutes before we were brought even water. They couldn't get our check right at the end of the meal either. Our order was not right the first time which was fine but then you could hardly chew the chips once we got it. Our food was very cold. To top it off I had a hair in drink. Wish I would've looked at how many stars it had before we came. Guess it was our own fault for coming here.

Terrible food! Cold fries, bad salad, and cassy gave us terrible service. No cucumbers, no water, had to go inside to find her to get our check! Don't eat there period

Call in your order because no one will take your order in person over lunch. And when they do you have to assemble your own sandwich because they forgot ingredients.

My wife were at the Heidel House for a romantic couples weekend retreat. We went to dinner at this restaurant and had the worst service experience either one of us can ever remember. If you get a server named Marjorie then good luck getting anything beyond what your order initially. Not one check back on good quality...my steak was over cooked but still good flavor...no drink refills at all and no personal interaction. Atrocious service and only ok food with no healthy options. I would never suggest this as a dining option.
