Good clean store
Thank you to Mélanie for her excellent service, she did everything she could to help me in my search for a barn door, she went above and beyond the requirements of her position, well done.
Do not go to the BMR in Lac Mégantic if you need service on weekends. Bored staff except the cashiers, lack of training and incorrect inventories -3000 in inventory for bags of pellets, wow. The $1500 of pellets we buy per year will go to Canadian Tire, thank you for the good service at the competitor.
The weekday service is poor; the clerks run away to avoid serving you.nnI'll give it a 5-star rating for the weekend. The young guy in the building materials department is willing to help, and it doesn't take 30 minutes to find what you're looking for. I recommend going to this store on the weekend.
The worst BMR I've ever seen in my life. I'm a professional, and I have to go to another BMR to get my supplies because BMR Lac Mégantic won't order anything, even if it's from their supplier.nnEverywhere else in Quebec, they order what you need if they don't have it.nnWhat's more, you call to ask if they have what you're looking for, and they say yes over the phone, and when you get there, they have nothing and don't want to order. nnI would give 0 stars if I could.
