Ordered a desk and it arrived damaged so had to order a replacement. The instructions on how to assemble the desk are soo vague it made the process very painful. In contacting customer service the people that I spoke with were incredibly rude and did not care that I was unhappy. Tried to post this review on their website 3 times and they kept rejecting it and wouldn't say why. I guess they just didn't want a negative review on their site. The desk itself is nice, but was very hard to put together and the customer service of this company made it so I will never order from them again and do not advise others to.

The product's workmanship and precision were exceptional. A call to customer service was answered promptly and the right help was provided. Would definitely look for Bestar products again.

J'ai acheté un lit escamotable double blanc il y a quelques semaines que j'ai installé dans mon appartement. Le look finale est WOW. Le lit est très utile pour la visite car l'appartement est petit. Le montage prend du temps mais il est simple lorsqu'on suit les vidéos d'installation.
