I was asked by BMO Investor Line to update my account status. Two forms had to be submitted. One of the suggested way was to submit them to any branch of BMO. I chose the one in St Bruno, QC as it was near to my place of work. Three weeks after submission, I am still getting messages on BMO Investor Line that the status has not been updated and my trading priveleges would be suspended.. I dont know where the mess up is. The only thing I know is that the papers were submitted as per BMO suggested method and that has obviously not worked.
