I must applaud the staff at this branch. Not only am I not a client with BMO, but the issue I faced on vacation a MasterCard error was entirely beyond their purview. After staff on the phone from both MasterCard and RBC initially failed to provide me with the correct solution, several staff at the Verona branch took time throughout the day, including multiple phone calls back and forth, to assist me with that credit card error. They did so by providing clear instructions to how I should proceed, and did so with no profit to themselves. Thank you very much, Verona branch.
New debit card owner, and I was super nervous to fill out data about myself for a card, but after a mini panic attack I was off and running :
