Pretty disappointing to see 10+ people lined up with only two tellers working. This isn't an uncommon occurrence, either. 

This branch has serious problems with either their staffing or priorities, I just can't tell which.

This bank wont pay for after hours security... It is a pretty nerve wracking experience when you are forced to pull out cash in front of drug addicts who call this bank their night time hangout due to a lack of security .I have had this happen to me on multiple occasion at this location now.

So I found it VERY frustrating that it is almost impossible to get in touch with in house staff at the branch of semiahmoo BMO. It does NOT give you a button to hit to leave a message. Only tells you to put in the persons name your trying to contact. By fluke I hit the 1 button 3 x's then. It finally lead me to the voice mail to leave a message
