Always a line up - often 20 30 minutes never enough staff. then staff ask personal questions and try and up sell you. Not usually a good banking experience. TD across the road much, much better.

Terrible service and they don't know how to do many banking tasks for clients correctly, which ends up with lots of wasted time to correct their errors and incompetence if possible.

Really bad location for a Bank. Hardly enough parking and a pain in the ass to get in and out of. Not my favourite bank to visit.

left bank card in machine at branch but hopeless to try to connect
by phone to find out if they retrieved it.....totally unsatisfactory.
