The place is always clean and tidy! Also the staff are reliable and friendly!

Older branch, could benefit form a reno. Never had an issue with the service. The comments others have made about the wait sometimes being long and the lack of enough staff is true, but some of the comments I've read here have been really cruel and unnecessary. The staff are generally nice and some are great. They are also open later than any other BMO branch in the north half of Calgary.

Terrible service times combined with incompetent staff. They made a mistake in my transaction, which I noticed as I walked away from the counter. They made me wait in the line again in order to rectify their mistake. Avoid this branch.

Worst branch ever for having tellers able to help! Been here numerous times and have had to wait so long for service, Friday night two tellers and 6 ppl ahead of me and I've already been here for 15 minutes! Had to update 5 minutes later, line hasn't moved and six customers behind me!
