Service may be great, but 10 minutes to close...1 teller...5 other employees just sitting and talking...they start leaving at 6pm, even though teller is lined up with 5 people waiting. Don't waste your time going to this branch if you don't have to. 10 minutes after close...finally next in line and acknowledged by someone who told me I still had to wait for teller

Zero response for customers calling in. 2 weeks of leaving messages with no response
The worst banking experience I've ever had. I stopped in while travelling to Saint John. I attempted to withdraw from the drivethrough atm and an error occurred. I went inside and advised them the atm malfunctioned and asked the teller to do my transaction manually. He looked at me and said no. No explanation just "no". I asked why not and without even knowing my name he said if you had money the atm would have worked. I am still in shock when I think about this. I made sure to wave my handful of money at that little punk after using the inside atm.
Slowest bank machines in town! The “no envelope” machines reject a lot of bills so it’s easier to deposit with a teller. Would be 5 stars with better ATM’s.
I just moved to Saint John from BC and what a difference in treatment. This is not a staged photo. The BMO staff at Hubert Street are welcoming and professional. They are part of the reason I'm feeling so at home already.
Branch Manager constantly opens late. It's bad enough they start at 9:30am!
