A place I have been thinking about going to for awhile, just hadn't gotten around to it, my bad. No really, MY BAD. Mrs.Turtle and I made a special trip from Amherst just to get there. We've been "fasting" since the first and decided "F... IT" let's go. Service was top notch, waited about hmmmm..1 minute, then "BAM" waitress, drink orders and menu's plural?. We both decided on the Monster Burgers, 1 with fries, 1 with tots, 1 cooked medium, 1 medium rare. TOO DIE FOR...1/2# of meat, 3 different cheeses, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce & pickle. Only took as long as needed to produce a delicious meal and voilà, dinner was served. Both burgers where outstanding and cooked to perfection. My medium rare was just that!...mmmmm and the medium was as ordered heathen‍. Wait staff was on spot and came to our table enough to be helpful yet not overbearing. Price for 2, plus soda and beverage's , came to $32+. Well worth it and we will be back. Always loved Norwalk, we have some family ties there, but BLUTO'S, we now have a culinary tie to Norwalk.
We stopped here on a whim for a work trip in Norwalk. It’s the classic go to bar & grille food that makes you just want to keep eating. Very generous portions and a classic menu. My boyfriend said the wings were some of the best he’s ever had and he’s a wing boy through and through. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 is that the fried pickle chips, while so very tasty, were so salty that we couldn’t finish them + our server appeared to be totally over her job that evening, but I can understand that. All in all a great lil spot to stop at!
The food and the waitress were great. The place needs an update and it seems they always have the jukebox so loud you can't talk. We going there because of this. It's really kind of sad they allow this.Food: 5/5
Our service was great this past Friday night. Food was excellent, and beer was cold. Really fun crowd. We'll definitely be backFood: 5/5
Packed house! No customers wearing masks Covid 19 not being utilized Self service on beer and food Basically. I asked one of the servers for a beer, they looked right at me and walked away! Good food! Service, not so much!
Wings was great ! Titos was even better! Bartender mckenzie was super friendly, dustin was also very friendly!!! Hopefully by football season they are open on sundays tho
Food is fantastic with a unique twist. The wings are to die for! Service is pretty good and atmosphere is pretty cool too.Food: 5/5
We're back!!! Since our last and first visit 1 month ago, Mrs.Turtle and I started a low carb/calorie diet, it's been working but difficult. Yesterday we looked at each other and, great minds think alike, said "it's time for a treat". Beautiful weather coupled with a burning desire and we both said.... "BLUTO'S"!!!! We saddled up and headed to Norwalk from Amherst. As before, great service, happy faces, and GREAT food. We both had to have the their Monster Burgers only I had to change it up, "add an egg please". Messy and yummy . fries for me tots for Mrs. A cold beer, or two, to wash it down and a leasury drive home, what a way to end a beautiful day and DESTROY a diet! It was all worth it and we hold BLUTO'S directly responsible . I'm telling you, y'all gotta go. Try it, you'll love it. Thanks BLUTO'S and their staff, a great place with a great staff.
First time ever there. I wasn't sure, so we just went to a table without being escorted. After a while the waitress came and asked us what we would Like. After checking out the menu online at break time while at work it did say about being patient in kind. It's not a fast food joint. She brought us drinks and asked, it was busy and yes it did take a while. We didn't care, the food was great, and while waiting we talked and sipped on our drinks.
Fry's was really good and their chicken bacon ranch sandwich was really good but the deep fryed mushrooms could of been cook a little longer breading was mushy on the insideFood: 4/5
