If you're taking the Timberline Lodge tour, or staying at the Lodge, a quick visit to the Blue Ox Bar is a must. First off, it's just plain neat. It is a stone building, built within a wood building, it's difficult to describe, but you just feel a sense of exploration when you find it. The selection is a tad limited, and the prices are a tad high, but the novelty factor makes it well worth the trip.

Great pizza, great local beers. An added bonus is that it stays nice and cool down in the basement when the whole building gets hot in the summer.
