I had the combo platter. Very tasty food! A good spicy kick. It's served with injera: the traditional Ethopian bread. Reasonably priced and quick they made it in about 20 minutes.
We always get the beef and vegetable combo plates with beef sambusa and never are disappointed. Service is great and friendly every time. Our go to Ethiopian restaurant in Ottawa, must try.
Stayed open during the massive power outage in 2018. Amazing food, family run restaurant. Their Ethiopian honey wine is delicious
One of my favourite places in Ottawa. Gorgeous sourdough-like flavors in their injera. Great price and portions.

Cute place, tasty sambusa and chai similar to better-known Indian chai but no milk, and reasonable portion on a Blue Nile platter lots of different tastes!. For two people appetizer, a drink each, and sharing the platter it was just over $30 very reasonable for the amount and the location. Will be back!
The kitfo was good, the doro was fine. The quanta firfir was bland, though the quanta itself was Okay. The injera was not the best we've had in Ottawa. Nice and friendly lady that was welcoming. Though it was only four of us in the whole place, it still felt a bit cramped.
Excellent food and really friendly service. I would consider this a dining experience because of the way you eat the meal. Definitely recommend.
