I'm working in Hamilton an this morning I was disgusted with the gentleman driving this cab car #320 as I seen him just toss his garbage out his window onto the ground.
I have been using blue line daily for 3 weeks and haven't had any problems. I am from out of town and go from downtown to the hospital and back. I have had great drivers and found a couple who drive me often Paul's Awesome!
I just had Blue Line pick me up at the truck stop, drove me a around for a few errands and back to the truck stop. Service was fast. Driver was very courteous and polite. We had some good laughs. Will definitely use Blue Line next time I’m in town.
A fine company, with shields in all their cabs. Don't confuse them with "Blue and White" of Mississauga, who have cabs without shields and drivers without masks. BLUE LINE IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY!
Waiting for 5 hours. Yes FIVE HOURS!!Started with an ETA "within the hour" after that they couldn't give an ETA anymore. Why did you say 1 hour then? Thanks to this pathetic company I've made an Uber account. This idiotic company doesn't even deserve 1 star. To the owners, hire people who can actually work and not make excuses
