This credit union has always gone above and beyond for myself and my children. They're always great and easy to deal with and the staff (Amber on 7th in Cheyenne) is always a pleasure to see! I won't bank anywhere else. Thank you BFCU!

I made two payments over the phone with this company. I went online to view the transactions and they are not there. Someone called me from the collections dept. and said I owe back payments ...I think this company needs to get better organized and find out where the payments are going. I am planning on moving this loan to my Bank here in Arizona where I can trust the people I pay. I have receipts ...Thank goodness.

I wish I could rate BFCU in negative stars. After 16+ years as a member, I mean nothing. I moved to Arizona over five years ago, and stayed loyal to this credit union, because I thought they cared. How could I be more mistaken?!!!! I have spent over two hours the past 10 days on the phone, desperately trying to speak with someone...don't bother to leave a message, you will not get the courtesy of a call back! The final straw occurred after I was approved for a loan last week, on a classic vehicle I had been searching for, which was bought out from under me because of the atrocious mishandling of my loan by this credit union!! I wrote a lengthy email about the despicable treatment I received, and my extreme disgust and disappointment, and have not even received the courtesy of a response...I can't get my money out and close my accounts fast enough!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere, and if you are a current member, don't get your hopes up, we are NOT this credit unions priority nor concern!
