My favorite flower shop in Dubai! It’s not my first time ordering from Azalee, and every time my experience is nothing but excellent. They have such a beautiful choice of flowers, and they’re always so helpful with my requests. Placed an order again today, I needed just a small bouquet for my friends birthday, but needed it to be delivered very urgently as birthday celebration is starting early. They told me at first that they can not promise the exact timing, as it’s a very short timeframe, but they will do their best. And you won’t believe it, but Azalee made my bouquet, approved it with me and got it delivered just within an hour. Simply the best! Moreover, flowers are always very fresh and the look of their bouquets in general is exquisite. Highly recommend!!!
Don’t get fooled with their beautiful instagram pictures… I have ordered flowers at 8/9 pm sending them WhatsApp message requesting for composition to be made from fresh flowers at the morning and delivered by 1pm. The lady informed me that they do not guarantee delivery timings, which I find weird as I didn’t request for specific hour but rather morning/noon delivery. They still do charge you 30dhs for delivery though. They have suggested same evening delivery for which I have agreed to as I really needed flowers by 1 pm next day as it was for birthday. They have also informed me that my composition is not gonna be as on the picture as some of the flowers are out of season. I have suggested they add one extra orchid instead and informed them I could pay additional but they decided to put sth else. The picture of bouquet that they sent you for approval is half size of what you see on their web/social media but still thats not my biggest concern. To avoid disappointment I have double checked 3-4 times if their flowers are fresh since they gonna be delivered an evening prior the birthday. They’ve assured me they only use fresh flowers. Unfortunately in whole bouquet there is maybe 4 pieces of fresh flowers, the rest has petals turning brown and wilting. I have sent them WhatsApp message on spot hoping for exchange but they’ve never replied anymore.Such a disappointment!

I received a cotton candy arrangement as a gift. Good composition of flower arrangement, it looks elegant. But the quality of flowers disappointed me. They don't look fresh. :
Update: I reached out to Azalee on social media and were super understanding and sweet. They even sent me a complimentary bouquet. Beautiful flowers but unfortunately the staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After making me wait a significant amount of time was not interested in helping me find or choose a bouquet. I left and went straight to Bliss where I had the opposite experience and left with some gorgeous flowers. Please invest in properly trained staff who treat customers with a little dignity.
Beautiful and elegant flower arrangements which are not exorbitantly priced. The Marshmallow bouquet is my personal favorite. Good customer support and overall a very good experience. Bookmarked for future orders!
This is my 2nd time to order and not last ,, very quick in responding and taking action ,, i requested the orders by online ,, it’s really fresh and nice flowers and beautiful arrangements,, whatever I chose bunch of flowers by choosing pictures online i found the same bouquet once I received,, unbelievable with very quick delivery
What can I say more than this place is the definition of excellence and perfection! Love the arrangements! So creative! Never have I ordered a bouquet that it was ok or not it was always so beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Allllsoo one important thing that the team is so professional and sweet!

Amazing shop with a lot of flower options, the delivery time was even before the timing i asked for it was fast and the flowers were in excellent shape no damage to them at all ! I loved also the cooperation of the person who was in contact with me the whole time and keeping me updated on the flowers
