Story

Jen provides compassionate and experienced health care and coaching using an integrated, research based approach with acupuncture, Chinese herbs, massage, diet, high quality supplements and mind-body relaxation.

She specializes in women's health including fertility, pregnancy, post partum and menopause.

She also skillfully treats pain, sleep issues, emotional disorders, digestive problems, arthritis, thyroid imbalance and fatigue.

My best acupuncture experience. Jen is extremely knowledgeable, with a very calm and caring personality - I felt grounded as soon as I entered the room. She was able to balance my mood, improve my stress level and lower my PMS already on the first visit. For days after the treatment, I felt much better than I had for years of trying different supplements and treatments. Definitely a game changer!
Working with Jen throughout my conception and pregnancy journey was amazing. She was able to balance my hormones and bring back my cycle so that we could conceive our second little one after only a couple of months working together. Jen's calm and gentle approach helped me effectively manage my stress, fatigue and morning sickness throughout my pregnancy. I am forever grateful for her knowledge and compassionate approach.
