Love Blink. They are professional and helpful. The optometrists are open to answering questions and really put you at ease with their calm and kind demeanour. We had issues getting my not so common contacts in from the manufacturer delays and they were kind enough to arrange a trial pack for me as I was travelling right away. It was much appreciated and I cannot recommend them enough. As someone who has spent hours waiting around in waiting rooms to see the Doctor, this place is a breath of fresh air. I am always in and out in a timely manner.
I happened to visit Blink because of their great reviews, when looking for new eyeglasses, even though I had been working with another optometry office. It was the best decision ever. The memorable service I received surpassed that of any optometry office I have visited. They also had a great selection of frames on offer. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse on a few occasions. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional & extremely knowledgeable. He provided his expert opinion on frames that would suit my face shape & size. He was also very patient when I was indecisive. I would not hesitate to recommend Blink to anyone.
I came in for a routine diabetes eye exam not expecting to make any changes to my prescription. I always preferred to take of my glasses for reading or at a computer in the past. However Dr Sam helped me realize I didn't just have to get one prescription and adjust but get something that fits my needs and move to anti fatigue I primarily work at a computer. Maggie helped me pick out my frames and she was fantastic. Excellent advice on different frames and how they can be adjusted. As well as careful explanations of different options I had on the lenses. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend it for anyone!
It was my first eye exam ever other than for getting a driver’s licence. They made me feel comfortable. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were honest and great at suggesting new glasses and telling me about the future of my eyes. I am very happy with their services. Dr Jenny was very good. Jesse was very professional.
I've worn contacts/glasses for close to 40 years and this was the single best vision wear experience I've ever had. I was greeted quickly by friendly staff and immediately taken to begin my preliminary exam. As soon as that was done I was seen by the Optometrist - again without any wait whatsoever. Dr. Jenny Tran was exceptionally thorough and expressed a sincere interest in helping me achieve my "visionary goals". She was incredibly informative and switched my contact lenses to a brand that helped me see significantly better. After the appointment I was assisted in selecting an appropriate frame and the staff went through many different types of lenses, making a recommendation as to what they thought would be best for me. After my selection was made they direct billed my insurance provider. The following day they noted a glitch in the insurance and called me to say all the steps they had taken to rectify the problem. The customer Service I received from all staff members at Blink Creekside was exceptional and they have earned another loyal customer for all my future visionary needs. Highly recommended.
Dr. Jenny Tran has provided me very professional and detailed care during my diabetes eye check! She helped feel comfortable and well taken care of during the examination. Her co-workers Jesse, Sihana and Aida were also incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting a new pair of glasses. Overall, the team provide very exceptional and professional care, and I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends, relatives and coworkers! Thank you and keep up the good work My family would definitely come visit you soon!
Wow what a difference professionalism makes! I ended up going here after a terrible experience with a more well known discount chain see my previous review. Amazingly thorough eye exam and fitting, staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I've now made sure both my husband and child got their next set of glasses there as well!
Recently had my eye exam with Dr. Steve Reinsel and so impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and the information I am given. My Optician was superb! He walked me through the whole process of getting set up with frames and lenses and was honest enough to tell me if it doesn’t look good on me. He explained all my options for new glasses. What an exceptional experience!
Creekside location is so close to my house it just made sense to go here! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it’s always a pleasant experience. Just bought some prescription sunglasses and they just make everything go smoothly. Never had any problems and prices are much cheaper than most other optometrists. Highly recommend!
Blink Eyewear is a phenomenal place for adults and kids alike. I am new to glasses and contact lenses and was blown away by my experience at this establishment. Heba will greet you at the front desk, make sure you have all the paperwork and follow up appointments you need, and in my case, trained me in how to use contact lenses for the first time. Jesse helped me pick a set of glass frames; he took the time to find frames that suit my face shape and asked me for my input. He listened attentively and found me the perfect pair. I saw Dr. Stephen Reinsel and truly appreciated that he took the time to hear my concerns and educate me about my best options moving forward. He was not only fantastic with me, but was wonderful with my 1.5 year old son. At Blink Eyewear they strive to make the experience as enjoyable for little ones as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
