There are a few things I like about this clinic. Our insurance company is a very small company and so many people haven't heard about it. Unlike most of the other clinics, who normally allow us to submit the claims ourselves, the lady worked at the front desk made an effort to make the direct billing successful. At the end of our appointment, I only needed to pay the balance. It absolutely saved us time and effort! Dr. Phan is really thoughtful, considerate, gentle and professional. She knew exactly what the patients were thinking, she explained everything thoroughly, clearly and right to the point. She is also very good with children!

All staff were friendly and helpful. The glass frames were amazing and hard to choose. I chose a pair of frames that were very comfy. I had someone with helping me choose. The whole process was quick! I walked away knowing this place was for me and I would be returning. Thanks for the friendly, professional, helpful staff! Linda G

Dr. Ong was great. Easy to talk to, articulate, very knowledgeable and calm. I also had to get fitted for my very first contact lenses. One of the staff, Catherine, was very helpful guiding me through putting them on and taking them off. She was very patient as it took me a long time to get it even though I was starting to get frustrated. I normally come to market mall clinic but I really enjoyed this particular visit.

Dr. Sal is great, he took care of every aspect of my contact lens fitting in a really nice and professional manner. Special thanks to David and Jennifer: David helped me a lot with the techniques involved in wearing/removing contacts, and that made it really easy for me to transition to contacts! + thanks to Jennifer for patiently accommodating my requests to get the lenses on my prescription changed!

I met with Dr. Stein and she was great. Her diagnoses was great and she was able to answer my questions regarding the questionnaire. I thought I was going to get up sold on tests as I hadn't been for an eye exam in a long time. Instead I received clear and concise answers to what I was unsure about and was attended to in an efficient manner.

Dr. Phan is wonderful! She's gifted with babies. She intuitively knew when to stop pushing my 1 year old but still managed to complete the exam no small feat with a wriggly, protesting small person! She's also highly knowledgeable without ever being condescending. She's the best possible blend of traits you could ever want in a doctor.  Of not: my appt happened on time - a first for any pediatric medical service!  Front desk staff were refreshingly kind, friendly, laughing, joking, pleasant. The mood and atmosphere was quite enjoyable. Another first!

Dr.Stein was very knowledgeable, informative and provided explanations that allowed me to see a clearer picture of how the eye works and functionsno pun intended Dr. Stein was engaging, went above and beyond in regards to professionalism and is a true professional. Great experience with Dr. Stein and all of the staff today!

This a very welcoming and friendly place. The whole process was wonderful with minimal waiting time. Dr Phan is fabulous. Three generations of our family seeing Dr Phan for several years. Every time she took extra time to explain all the results and available solutions. Very professional. Highly recommend her.

The staff are welcoming and friendly and super helpful, my kids broke their glasses on the same day so I had to book an appointment for eye test on the spot, I gave them a call and was able to get 2 appointments on the same day.. couldn't believe it after I called 4 other clinics and next appointment with them was not before September 7th.. When I got there I discovered that I forgot their health cards and the girl on the reception was so helpful and actually took the pictures of the cards from my phone. We filled out the applications and went to see the doctor in no time. We saw Dr.Komar, she was awesome and explained every step she was taking with me and the kids.. and answered all our questions and the kids were super comfortable with her. If it was more than 5 Star I would give it without hesitation.. Thank you everyone

This clinic was easy to get into, my appointment was fast, and easy! Got everything I needed including an eye exam, new lenses and frames within a hour. Best part, it was all direct billed to my insurance company.
