We had a memorable meal here in Wednesday. The whole experience was impeccable- service, wine pairings, and the food! We had a 3 plate tasting menu, and on each plate the work was outstanding. Can't wait to come back to Quebec City to return here.
The restaurant is now called Bleu Marine. Impeccable service. Great selection of raw/natural wines. The food is delicious. All dishes were cooked to perfection. The combination of fresh ingredients with the chefs/cooks personal touches made the dinner experience exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
Came here with my husband thinking it was a completely different restaurant, left so glad we came to Bleu Marine! The food was DELICIOUS scallops and duck cooked perfectly, unique and the staff was so kind, gracious and knowledgeable. Look forward to coming back. Highly recommend
