If you’re looking for excellent coaching, results and a great gym community Blast is it. I’ve been a member for 4 years now and can truly say at 46 years of age I’m still loving going to the gym! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
No nonsense no flair workout space, sometimes busy but generally great vibe, mature people coming to work out rather than be seen. Lots of personal trainers running groups in parallel. Recommended if you're looking to improve fitness!
Ask for Karen Ko, personal trainer. Incredibly knowledgeable, and professional. The best trainer I've ever worked with.
I went here for some group training and definitely got an insane workout out of it. This is not the place for people who want to take a lot of breaks. You'll sweat hard!
