Adam went above and beyond to get us the used truck we were looking for at the price we wanted. He was great at communicating with us. Sent us pictures of different trucks with prices but wasn't pushy. Adam should consider looking for better opportunities for dealerships to work at.

After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about making a purchase from them. I called about the truck that I wanted and spoke with Wade. He was very attentive to my concerns about it being in nice shape and good running condition since it was a 4 hour trip from our house to the dealership and I didn't want to make that drive for a piece of crap. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Mike (My salesman) was pulling the truck out of the shop. They did a final inspection of the truck to make sure it was ready to go. I wish that I had a better memory for names since every salesperson came out and introduced themselves to me and my wife. We were offered water and coffee by all of them. We were allowed to test drive the truck for as long as we wanted. The paper work end took a bit longer than I expected but they breezed thru it as quickly as possible. I drove the truck home and my wife followed with no issues whatsoever. It was a 12 hour journey to pick the truck up and drive it back, well worth the trip. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service that was provided by Blaise Auto. Wade, Mike and the rest of the salespeople were all very nice and engaging. If you see a vehicle that you like at Blaise Auto put all the bad reviews aside and go buy it! There are some people that you just can't please no matter what you do and they get upset and write a bad review to make themselves feel better.

On September 28th of 2017, I purchased a manual 2011 Chevy Cruze from Blaise Alexander Kia in Williamsport. Their salesman Adam Phillips gave me a seemingly great price and sold me the vehicle as is. I was not offered any type of warranty on the car at any point which seemed unusual. When I was ready to drive it home, the keys had been locked inside of the running vehicle. Directly after, on the drive home I discovered that the door was no longer sealed correctly since the frame was bent open in the process of unlocking/key retrieval. I also discovered that the clutch was beginning to slip in the high 4th, 5th, and 6th gears. By the end of the very next day, the clutch was completely blown, leaving my car undriveable. I didn't even make it 200 miles. I was informed that the vehicle had been sent through their service department, but I WAS NOT informed that there was any problem with the clutch or anything else for that matter. I called Adam and he referred me to his manager. Since the vehicle was sold as is, I was told there was nothing that could be done. He also commented "It isn't our fault that you probably beat the car". So I asked to speak to the company's general manager Wade Biddel. He told me I could personally arrange to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership in Williamsport (From Selinsgrove) at my own cost. Then they would give me an estimate for repair, which is no better than the service I can get anywhere else. I purchased my first vehicle from Blaise Alexander Ford in Lewisburg last year and have been 100% satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. I had much higher expectations from another Blaise Alexander dealership to say the least.

The staff at blaise alexander kia were very nice and helpful. I recommend kenneth mitstifer he was very friendly and personal he new what we wanted and made it happen. Thank you
