I've bought 2 vehicles so far from Blaise and sadly to say I will not buy another. I purchased a 2012 Challenger with 22,000 miles. The issue was the tires. They looked very poor and the salesman bragged that they were the original tires. I took the car around the shop and you could feel a flat spot in the tires. I asked the salesman if they could be changed and he said he would ask his manager so we went in and was running my credit because I wanted the car. I said hey those tires need to be changed. He went and asked his manager and the manager said no 3 times. I didn't even negotiate the price! The last time the sameman asked the manager said to deal with it because the price was to low. I was in a hard spot to turn the car down being he was always running my credit to purchase the car. I do not blame my salesman! I blame the manager that was to cheap to put tires on it. I mean tires from 2012!!!!!! Is that even legal? I still have those tires on the car to prove it! They are 100% original factory 2012 tires too. So yeah after dropping my credit score multiple points from running my credit I was already committed. I never thought a manager would be so CHEAP!!!!!!!!! TIRES FROM 2012!!!!! ARE YOU FING KIDDING ME!!!!! Edit: This has got me so mad and I am happy I'm extremely popular on reviews so other people will see this. BUYER BEWARE!
Amazing experience!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Anthony worked very hard to get me into a beautiful Buick Encore, after my Jeep unfortunately, & unexpectedly died. I am in LOVE with my new car, and am very happy with having a reliable vehicle and a knowledgeable dealership to take it to. I cannot say enough good, or nice things about this dealership, because they truly treated me with compassion, & took the extra time to find something for me that met all of my needs. Extremely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and diligence of Anthony R. & the entire team. If you want fast, friendly service go here! Glad to be part of the Alexander Family!!
Had Colin for a Salesman. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted. He helped make it happen. Very pleasant experience throughout the sale. I have nothing bad to say about any of it. Now onto the service end. I had an issue with my vehicle battery dying and if I hadn't started the truck for over a week I would find it dead and unable to start. We showed up at like 1 minute before close and were met with a surprising smiling face of Monique hopefully spelled her name correct. She stayed late and got us all taken car of so we could drop the vehicle off for service. Fast forward to the next day. Was contacted again by her to tell me the vehicle needed an update on the system and battery needed replaced . Long story short I had hit a deer and for some reason the collision shop replaced the battery with a junk Napa one that failed. Anyway throughout the process she was honest, pleasant and helped me out. It was a major ordeal but ended with the collision center paying to put the proper battery back in the truck. People like her and Colin are what separate dealerships. Bloomsburg is almost an hour away but with people like these, I won't be going anywhere else. I hope whomever is in charge sees this and takes care of people like this ... this is how you get customers for life, as I love my GMC's this is my 3rd and won't buy any other brand.
I prefer to use this particular dealership because they are knowledgeable and aim to please. If the color I am interested in, or the model I want they endeavor to locate it ,and keep me posted on their progress. Another reason I prefer to work with them is I have confidence in their mechanics. They are up to date on the products that they service' and keep me informed. If I have a question or a concern they explain it to me. In my opinion they are a first class operation.
Service desk was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was actually completed a day sooner than promised. Well done to the garage staff.

Took my GMC truck in my wifes name for a repair Repair cost 1800.00$ guess what same problem still with car. I’m a mechanics son and one myself from apex tech. So it has me assuming not an honest service station. Took it back a week ago not a call yet about the vehicle then they have the audacity to send this. Will never use these crooks again.
I don’t even know where to begin. I was treated horribly. Very unprofessional. Felt like I sat on a chair with nails while I was there. Offered me $500 for a truck that is KBB at $5700. Will not be doing business with any Blaise Alexander dealerships ever after this experience.
Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered and explained throughly. They made the process very easy and Bob was a pleasure to work with.
Ed my salesman was great! He took his time to make sure the deal made sense and I was comfortable with the numbers. After the sale he showed me around the building and even helped me transfer items out of my trade into my new car. What a guy! Thank you!
