Story

Blackbird Cafe prides itself on serving only amazing food. We make it from scratch daily, using only the highest-quality ingredients and locally-grown produce. Our selection of homemade soups and quiches change every day. We serve sandwiches, paninis, and seasonal entrees like Veggie Pot Pies and Macaroni and Cheese. All of Blackbird Cafe's baked goods are hand-made every morning, with the exception of our bagels and croissants which are delivered fresh from Chicago's Labriola Bakery.

We offer the best selection of fresh coffees and espresso drinks in Valparaiso. Our Blackbird Blend coffee is a best-seller. The Tea Wall holds 50 different fine teas from around the world, like Blood Orange Black, Darjeeling, and Madame Butterfly.
