Wonderful service, delicious brunch menu. Great selection of bubble beverages. Scrumptious waffle bubble dessert pictured. Definitely have repeat customers here! Visit soon!
I visited around noon on a week day, just to get a bubble tea. the store was really cute, clean, it looks like they serve brunch menu using boba perls, I’d love to try next time. I wanted brown sugar milk tea but it was not ready, I tried chocolate milk tea instead. The milk tea was ok, nothing interesting. Good thing was that It was reasonably priced4.95 for regular size with boba. Not so good thing was nothing except milk and tea was fresh. All the other fruit drinks uses powder flavoring. Chocolate was also powder flavoring, which is really disappointing when other boba places uses fresh fruits or handmade bobas. They had a deal for free fries and wings when you order certain amount, which sounds like a good deal!
OMG, they are not only have the best bubble tea in town love Brown Sugar Milktea, they have new line of BRUNCH infused with boba elements, tried their boba waffle and bene, sooo good
A nice new location, easy to get to and lots of parking. It was crowded when we visited and it did take much longer than expected. Washrooms are clean and there would be lots of seating if it's not so busy. Hopefully the next visit will be more efficient. *August 2021 Update* The above review was when the location was still Jusfruit, in which I gave it 4 stars in 2018. Today was a different story.. Came here today to enjoy a treat dinner and dessert for the kids. The webpage and their Instagram shows some delicious looking offerings such as Curry and Ramen, and I recall having some rice dishes available as well from before the store changed. Only when we arrive, there are no such offerings. The food menu is basically french fries and chicken. Having 3 hungry kids we decided to give it a try anyways, and ordered cheese shake fries, popcorn chicken and Korean style shallot fried chicken with an assortment of drinks. After ordering we then went to find a table, only to find none of the tables, chairs or seats were clean. All of the tables we checked 3 along the back with blue bench, 2 on the shorter side with the lighter bench, and even the tall table., All had sticky surfaces, and visible food particles. The seats were also sticky, even the benches had food particles. We resorted to wiping the table and chairs we settled on, down with our own antibacterial wipes. As we waited for our food, we used the washrooms to wash our hands, and boy did those facilities need attention. There was an unpleasant, lingering smell which permeated my facemask as I was washing my hands. The floors were sticking to my shoes and there was toilet paper strewn about. The mirror looked like it hasn't been wiped down in a while either, visible splashes and streaks and smudges. My wife had to clean the toilet seat before using it as well. Upon return, our food stated coming out of the kitchen. The food looked good, fries looked well made, and popcorn chicken looked crispy, but the Korean shallot chicken looked different than other establishments we have tried. There was virtually no shallots on the chicken, maybe what looked like a sprinkle of dried parsley. The fries were mediocre. The cheese shake flavour was pretty lacking, and the fries were, more on the soggy side. We shook the box more in hopes of redistributing the flavor powder but it proved futile. The popcorn chicken was passible, not as crispy as other establishments, as well, the popcorn aspect was more like chicken chunks. Much of the chicken were large cube shaped chunks, rather than small short strips as typical of this dish. At least the flavour was good. Lastly the shallot chicken, was crispy and tasted pretty good, but was again, missing any sort of shallot. Maybe they made the wrong chicken for us? The drinks were fine, made pretty well and presented nicely. This is their strong point for sure, but as it stands, not really anything better or unique than a typical Bubble tea spot. The service was also good at the counter, so there is that. All in all, a pretty disappointing visit, and really paled from the previous visits we have had when it was still Fruitjus. I am unsure if I'd give this location another chance. Maybe come for a drink takeout, but skip the food and dine in. Also please update your website with proper offerings. Maybe your other locations serve the ramen and curries, but there is no indication otherwise on where these are served.
Were Out of pearls which is interesting when their name is the black pearl. I got a taro coco and it didn’t taste much like taro at all, tasted more like sour coconut milk. Wasn’t the best and was pretty disappointing for a taro coconut smoothie. Would have been better if the flavours were more balanced I guess.. prices were a lot higher than most other shops I go to. Honestly pretty steep. One good thing is that they are open late in a last resort when all your other options are closed which is why I came here in the first place probably won’t be back unless it’s another time like such.
Cute restaurant inside. The guy making the drinks was quick. The pearls in my drink weren't soaked enough, they were still hard in the middle. My husband's lychee Jelly were excellent. I would go back here if I'm in the area.Food: 3/5
We popped by for the first time today. I just wanted to leave a 5 star review to counter an awful customer they had ahead of me, who was rude and unreasonable, and said she would be leaving a 1 Star Review. I was compelled to check, and she did...I can't comment on her review, but wanted to let you know our family feels she was wrong. Every single stall has a wait on a busy Sunday afternoon in the Farmer's Market. The staff were kind and working as quickly as possible.
The drinks are good but food and service are mediocre. The food was cooked well. But there was no offer of side plates right away, minimal service away from the counter and no sauces for the chicken. FYI chicken wings are all dry flavours. The salt and pepper wings also have a bit of five spice or something else mixed in so the kids we were with under five did not like them. Wish they warned us. The spicy wing flavour is very bland. We ordered the garlic bucket which was actually yummy, but no sauce comes out with it. It could really use some aioli or something for dip or a lemon slice. Also we had the cheese fries and the extra cheese they put on does not stick which sucks. There’s potential here.
You gotta try this place for the selection of unique and fun drinks ! The products are amazing, you have a large selection of drinks and they are unique. The best part is that you can taste the real fruits they use in their drinks. Yes, you pay more than other bubble tea places but you pay for real fruits not powder flavours. This is my go-to place in the south. I gotta say that it’s one of the best bubble tea Bars in town, hands down. Customer service: Our first time there we experienced a good customer service, both cashier and the girl preparing and serving the drinks were great and explained the menu. Unfortunately, the other times we have been here, i saw why this location has a few complaints about customer service. It was unfortunate to see a worker being rude and impatient with the boy serving tables, her tone of voice and attitude were undesirable to see and hear. It’s wrong to talk down to others. Needless to say that she didn’t provide a positive point of sale either. Management should make some changes. Space: They have a descent space with tables for customers who decide to dine-in / drink-on. The space is nice and clean. With a lathe tv screen for their menu-makes it easy to order from their large selection : I think it would be great in the summer to hang out but I find it that it quite cold in the winter as the place is small, the main door allows the cold air to get in. Or perhaps if they raise the temperature on those cold days? It’s a very nice space.
amazing service. drinks were delicious as well my family and I will definitely be coming back.
