Black Hawk Plumbing

This is by far the worst experience ever. I only gave one start because there was no option to give 0. I called to schedule an appointment for excavation and sewer work. They told me they would send someone out right away and no one came that day. I called a left messages for the next two weeks because I didn't want someone else showing up. Someone finally called back to say how sorry they were but they wouldn't be able to get to it because they were so backed up in the office. It would've been nice for them to pick up the phone 2 week prior to express that sentiment. I tried to talk to the owner and they told me he wouldn't be in for the next week - convenient. I have never had to work this hard to spend my money.
