Loved the place. Beautiful mixed fir forest with an amazing smell. We actually slept almost 12 hours the first night.the place is safe and the owners are very responsive to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed there on the Canada Day long weekend and really enjoyed the fireworks performed there. The lake is huge and can be appreciated by both leisure boaters as well as fisherman's.
The place is Ok. However, our campground was rocky and it was hard to set-up the tents. Also, they charge for the use of water in the washroom and for the wood. I feel the whole experience was expensive for what we got. The landscape is great.
Can't beat this place. Location, sunsets, cleanliness, scenery, and friendliness. 10 stars! Ann and family are awesome.
Very friendly service staff quiet at night we took our 4 kids with us. Kids had a blast were able to juat go swim and play. Campground is well maintained there's showers and clean washrooms. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset 10/10 will return again
Just camped there for the first time with recommendation from my niece and we had a beautiful site 9S. The owners Anne, John and Janice are wonderful people and very helpful and friendly, especially John's dog Gunner. The views were wonderful I would recommend this campsite but book ahead as they are busy. Can't wait to return next year. Cathy and Kevin
We did not stay here, we only used the boat launch. It's a paid gravel launch. Water is quite shallow at the launch. Our boat is 16.5f and has a 1.5 foot draft and we can get in and out no problem.
We love this place. It's definitely a gem. We have been coming for almost 5 years. Beautiful. Anne is such a wonderful lady. Keeps everything in check. We tent camped and pulled a trailer. It was awesome either way. Great place for the guys to go fish, ladies to hike and go swimming. There are boat, kayak, canoe rentals. Or bring your boat. Call way ahead to book. It is that popular.
Many sites are very private and well shaded by white and red pines. Very friendly owners. Price is very reasonable and fire wood is really inexpensive compared to provincial parks. Beautiful lake. Good views of sunsets.
Beautiful campground! Very relaxed, friendly staff that accommodate campers. Outhouses are placed throughout campgrounds. The lake is gorgeous. Great kayaking! They keep it clean and litter free.
Absolutely beautiful camping spot. Went with my tent trailer, girlfriend and 2 dogs. We got spot 6 south by the water and it was absolutely perfect. The spot had the water and electric hook up, well shaded but with enough sun to tan as well. The staff there were super nice, price was awesome the wood and ice sold there werent jacked up like most camping sites either. I didn't get out fishing this time, next time for sure though! 100% will go back
