Black Bear Neighbourhood Pub

Good food, good drinks, good service. But country music is really unfortunate :( Maybe some variety to suit more tastes, please!!

Cute place with a decent pub menu but my wife and I came for a quick bite one evening and the service was so slow and inattentive that we didn't have time to eat and barely managed one drink in the 45 minute window we had.

Terrible service, dirty, slow... food was expensive as cactus club but without the nice atmosphere. I will never go back. Browns close by is 10000000x better and its the same price.

Really awesome staff that go out if there way to make you happy and comfortable. Friendly and warm environment that just says stay and relax. Great manager that can make sure you have everything you could need including designated drivers.

I've gone to the Black Bear many times over the years. The last two times I've been I've received bad service. Today I ordered the shrimp benny for brunch. On the menu it said $13, but when I got the bill it said $14. When I questioned the waitress she said I got an old menu and didn't even offer to adjust the price. The food was good, but this is the last straw. I won't be coming back if this is how service staff treat customers. It's sad because there is so few places in Lynn Valley to go to.
