Bitterroot Drug

Some brands of generic drugs work better than others, so I generally shop around for the pill brands that I have found to be the most effective. That said, Bitterroot Drug usually has the quickest service if you are hanging out and waiting for a prescription to be filled. They are far better staffed with knowledgeable people than any pharmacy in town.

It's my drugstore that I go to all the time. The store is fun to shop in and look around at while waiting for a prescription. They have a toy shop next door that you can get to from inside the Bitterroot drug. The staff are just awesome to talk to and they all are friendly and very helpful.

Went there today, 5 minutes before closing time to pick up a much needed prescription. Had been waiting hours for the doctor to call it in. The pharmacy was locked up at least 5 minutes early. Not sure how long the doors had been locked before I got there. Online it clearly stated that they were open until 6. This can be critical for people who are ill and in need of medication. Very disappointed. We were in the process of changing pharmacies and using these guys. Will reconsider this decision now.
