Bistro Sous le Fort

We go there for lunch every time we are in Quebec City. Despite the busy labour day weekend, they did not miss a beat. Excellent food Elk burger, snails, egg rolls, and chicken Cesar were all fantastic. Service was nothing short of perfect. Ann Kim and Lydia were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Their food and service is really good. We ordered fish and chips and it was so nicely done. We really love the place and will definitely recommend to all fish and chips lovers .

Great food and amazing service. Probably the best service in all of Quebec..! I had the mushroom ravioli and the duck rilletes which were really good. Our waiter was attentive and made the meal an enjoyable experience!

Quite nice Restaurant. Appetizer was nice and tasty. Elk Burger was little disappointing. Cheap bread and tastes like frozen patty topped with lovely vegetables. But Staff was really nice and friendly, next time would try something else. Sitting outside in the sun is nice and covered with umbrellas. Prices are ok for the surounding.

Amazing meal...I inhaled my body weight in fries and I dont even like fries!! Sit outside facing the funicular...what a view. Would eat here every day if I could!!

Intimate environment. Food was enjoyable but not the most unique flavor profiles. My wife had steak and I had venison. She raved about her maple cake dessert. The sparkling cider I had was very refreshing as well.

Excellent food and excellent service!
