You will not be disappointed at Bistro 197. The service is always very welcoming and sociable. The place has a good atmosphere. We know it for years and keep coming back to one of the places we love.
What an absolutely superb find! Drink menu that was not only fun to read but delicious to drink. Food that was excellent and service that took it to the next level. We were so pleased to have found this gem! So much so we went back a second night! A must in Oswego

One of the best meals I've ever had. The mussels are incredible in any style. The short rib was fork tender and the dessert was killer. Cinnamon toast crunch creme brulee. Highly recommend. I don't rate often, only if it's really good or really bad. And this place is on point.
Poor customer servies, the lady was so rude! Incredibly small portions for the high price and frankly gross food. The waitress refused to take something off my friends meal he requested 10/10 would not recommend

I've never had a better meal! My lobster was amazing! Its takes a little while and is a bit expensive BUT everything is good from scratch and is well worth the wait and price !!!
