They were out of stock for any shoe I picked.... assuring me they could order it. I can order it online... I don't see the point of having a store

I got there late in the evening so not one word was spoken to me if I had any questions by the young girls that they had working there were too busy putting away merchandise to offer any help or assistance. If I didn't need to get a pair of Birkenstocks that night I would have left and never came back. The woman who helped me at the cashier was so sweet I didn't even want to bring up my horrible experience outside. That is the only reason they got 2 Stars. Sometimes you can't help who your hired help is or how they treat the customers. I'm sure this wasn't the owner of the store. I'm in customer service everyone is in a hurry to get home however I treat my last customer with the same kindness respect and consideration as I do the first customer of the day and that's how you have amazing customer service make people feel special welcomed and wanting to come back for more those girls could use a couple lessons.

The lady who helped us was amazing ... so helpful and friendly ...great experience for my niece and her first pair of birkenstocks...now my nephews want a pair definitely will be going back!!!

My daughter has a specific pair of birkenstocks that she is looking for. I called to ask if they had these in stock in her size. Chelsey told me that, "she didn't have time to go out to the tent to dig through shoes." She said that if I wanted those shoes I would just have to come to the store and "dig through the shoes myself since she didn't have the time." I said my plan was to buy them tonight but that I would just order them online. Chelsey said that sounded like a good idea.
