Story

The Birchwood has a wonderful relaxed casual atmosphere with a unique international menu. We have many great estate wines from B.C by the glass or bottle. This is in my Top 3 restaurant experiences of all time - and I’ve been fortunate to try some amazing placesnThis restaurant as an inviting warmth to it that is hard to replicate. I had one of the best meals of all time at this fine restaurant. The service was top notch and I will definitely go back again! The atmosphere was a little loud and bright for such exquisite food…. But all in all a very enjoyable experience.
Amazing. Simply amazing. Each dish was flavourful, tasty and distinctive. Off the grid, this as good as any 5 star Michelin restaurant we’ve been too. A hidden gem in the little town of Invermere.
Lovely outdoor setting. Highly recommend sitting outside. Cocktails were good. Salmon was amazing. Gnocchi was strange. Husband rated noodle bowl a 7. So our meal was OK but not amazing.
We really enjoyed the food. The seafood was fresh and very tasty. The broth was a bit islandy which added a bit of spice to the dish. Overall the taste was ok . The creme brulee was moderately sweet.
