Birchwood Grill

Went here for their Mother’s Day buffet. The food was good with plenty of options. Fresh fruit, different types of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, even shrimp and other things. So if it sounded so good why only 4 stars? The price. It was $25.99/person. So for myself, wife, and son to eat it was $82, plus tip so $90 for what was just an “ok” breakfast. My suggestion is to try this place on a non holiday, I’m sure the price would be more reasonable.

Fair food for a fair price. Large dinning room with two semi private rooms for large parties. Good service, family friendly. Fine date night spot. And always a solid breakfast buffet option.

Highly recommend... Had an amazing dinner here, was just passing through on the way to Chicago. Ordered a steak and shrimp plate, which also came with fresh salad bar and soup. Price was fair and portions were huge. The waitress we had was great, I think her name was Hayley. Very informative and welcoming. She even came to the front to bring back some gloves that wad left on the table. The atmosphere was great too, felt like home, with a lot of interesting decor. Also, it was very clean and well maintained. Overall great place. I left feeling very full and satisfied.

Average food, for an average price. Nothing special. Burger wasn’t cooked fully, prime rib came cold. Server stopped by our table once. Could of went to Burger King for a better burger to be honest.

I really like this restaurant. I think the decor is really nice and cozy. I like they have rooms for parties there. I think the prices are very reasonable. Sometimes they are off on fklavor. Not that the food is bad but if they put just a little more in their recipes I think they would easily be a 5.
