I've always had a positive experience at this place. The staff is very helpful, and they have a great selection of items. What I love most is that I always find at least one high-quality item at a bargain price every time I stop by. Don't let the negative reviews fool you; it's a hidden gem!
Beware of their online auction.nThey posted that an item is NEW in the box, but when opened the main piece is missing. Canopy topnIf you are a minute past their 24 hr return policy they tell you tough luck - even though they made the mistake.nTerrible customer service. Will not purchase from them again.
Review:nI had a terrible experience with BINZ R US. The staff was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me. I’ve never been treated so badly in any store before. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all. I’ll never shop here again, and I strongly recommend others to stay away. Absolutely the worst service ever!
I purchased an item that appeared sealed, so I didn’t open it right away. When I finally opened the box, the item was clearly used and dirty. One of the items does turn on, but it’s defective and not fully working. Unfortunately, they would not allow an exchange for another item. Very disappointing experience
They don’t honor there daily prices they go threw the bins before releasing anything good they get they take out and put off to the side then try and charge $200 for an item also it’s mainly just garbage
