Busy restaurant all the time so we always made a reservation a few days ahead. We have came here for a few times and the food is okay. I would say average, not the best and not the worst. Friend chicken and bibimbap with beef are my favourite.
We just had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. Wow, the decor inside is eye-catching with some Korean and Japanese items. We sat at the traditional table wish cushions in the corner of decoration, quite comfortable. We ordered a twist roll of tempura shrimp sushi, bibimbap, toekbokki, a meal box and a portion of swicy sweet and spicy fried chicken. We love all the food there, so delicious. My favourites are twist roll, fried chicken and meal box, highly recommend these. My friend was so in love with teokkbokki. Price is not so high. There were only us in the restaurant that time, so the food was served quickly. The server and the chef were so helpful and enthusiastic. They asked us about the food and if we need help. The female sushi chef helped taking photos for us so enthusiastically, so much appreciated. We had good experience there, good food and good service. I will get back in the future.
Spicy Korean Fried Chicken, Gyoza, and Teriyaki Fried Rice were all pretty damn delicious. Was hoping the spicy chicken was a bit spicier... for my taste. Presentation is good. Food was delivered quick, and tasted fresh.
They have one of the yummiest fried chicken in town at not a bad price. I personally prefer the spicy garlic over the swicy. Their meal box was okay I've had better sushi, Korean spicy pork and tampura.
The seafood pancake was good. The bibimbap was good too. I wish they put it in a bowl container instead. It doesn't give the same experience when you eat in a styro container. A little expensive but it was okay.
Osborne location is lovely. Food was good. I got the tofu vegetable sizzling platter - super delicious. They aren't doing table service right now - should either setup better system to order or get more staff. Issues with items being forgotten. Still recommend.
Quality is really bad. I ordered a yam tempura roll and the yam was not cooked at all. Really hard. I ordered a tempura salmon sushi roll and part of the salmon was not fully cooked. And I ordered one more roll that was supposed to have mayo and didn’t. When I tried to communicate all this, the waitress didn’t understand me but didn’t bother to call someone that would. And when I went to pay for it, they were talking about it behind my back. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
the fried chicken was sooo gooood! it was crispy and flavorful and not soggy at all. also, BIG portion! i especially liked their spicy seafood soup, however, a little more spicy would have been better but it’s just my opinion. also, the server was so sweet. overall, nice experience!!
First things first, the store looks tidy and the atmosphere is chill. The servers are very accommodating. The best thing about this place is they offer Japanese and Korean cuisine! I loved the flavour of their Korean BBQ, not to mention its very soft and chewy! Their Korean chicken bites is so tasty and crispy as well. Last but not the least, the Agedashi Tofu is crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. They have a buzzer on the table so if you need anything, they'll be with you in less than a minute. Overall, a very nice place.
Fantastic food, but the staff… ordered pick up, and paid for the food, the girl at the cash, not only was she not pleasant to start, said in Chinese to her coworker “he didn’t tip me” and talking negatively about me. Surprise!! I speak Chinese! Very rude and ignorant of her to talk like that in front of me thinking I don’t understand. If I was dining in the restaurant and didn’t tip, sure say that, but when I’m ordering take out?
