It's the only bar I'll go to, only bar I enjoyed being at back when I went out on a regular basis and now that I only go out once or twice a year, it's always a good time because all my old friends are there, and Billy is a friend of mine and is always entertaining and good conversation. The food is amazing too, especially the wings. Best bar in Oil City, especially for early 20's to late 30's age groups.

Nice atmosphere, good bar. Only downside is the owner is kind of obnoxious/spoiled and treats the place like a personal playground, but of you can ignore that its great

Billy does his best to bring in a quantity environment for all folks to enjoy. Good entertainment.. the best wings in the area.
