Billy Bones BBQ

Tried Billy Bones at the Scarborough Rib Fest in Toronto because it had the shortest line. I think I know why. Beef ribs was good. Pork just ok. Cornbread was good. However the brisket was burnt so it was more like jerky. Chicken was very very dry. Please do not disappoint your customers like this. We look forward to this event, had a hard time finding parking, had to line up twice to get in, had to line up to get food, only to be served with disappointing food. I also got 2 orders of coleslaw and beans, not sure if I got 2 orders. Coleslaw tasted nothing like coleslaw. Refer to the pic please. Now I wonder how did you manage to get all those awards?

Had a wonderful time here after a walk around the area. This bbq rocks. Brisket and ribs, shared with my lovely wife. Our server, Sean, was great and attentive. It’s not cheap, but for a vacation meal, it was wholeheartedly worth it! Will come again on future trip!

I'll keep it short. I'm from the south and know good bbq... this ain't it. Ordered the pulled pork. No flavor, no spices, no nothing.Tasted like I was eating a bland meat sandwich The fries were hot and tasty. That's it. Filled a void. Over priced.

This place is nothing like rib fest. Everything was cold, the mac and cheese was hard to eat and nasty, I didn’t have time to take a picture because I sent it back right away. My girlfriend ate about half of her meal because she felt bad about sending both back, $45 for 1 pulled pork sandwich and one beer before a tip. Service was great though since they comped the food I sent back, even though they didn’t have a choice because I wouldn’t of paid for food I sent back like they made previous customers pay.

I ordered Billy Bones Classic Burger and it tasted horrible. Costco burgers were much more than this restaurant. The worst part was they Maulik charged me 20% tip without my permission, and when I asked him about it he said it’s a rule, what the heck!!! This is by far the worst burger I have eaten in the whole Niagara Falls. 30 dollars charge for GARBAGE???? If there was an option to give them 0 star I would definitely will give them. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOR MONEY.

Menu is small and there are few cocktails and the prices are way too high. Got the blue moonshine mojito and it was just spearmint mouthwash in a glass. The watermelon drink was ok but really watered down.

The food and the atmosphere is amazing and if you haven’t been here then you’re truly missing out on a great experience. Live music and brisket that’s cooked for over 10 hours. A+

I went here last night mostly because I've seen Billy Bones so many times at Ribfest and I didn't get a chance to go this yr. The ribs are a healthy serving, a full rack is delicious and impossible to finish in one sitting. The cornbread is exactly what you would expect of cornbread. I also had the baked beans which I enjoyed. The portions are so generous I'll be eating this for days . Also my server was amazing, he stood and chatted with me for quite some time and made me feel really comfortable even though I was getting take out. He recommended the baked beans, rightly so!

This place should be avoided at all costs. Terrible service. No sense of customer experience at all. We were seated at the only clean table. It took about 40 min before the tables around us we're cleaned from the previous customers. I'm not even talking about just wiping down the tables. The rib bones and corn was just sitting there. The manager was just standing around talking to the staff and not making sure the guests were happy. Our server never once checked on us to see how we were doing throughout the entire experience. We honestly could've just walked out without paying and they wouldn't have noticed. The food wasn't good either. As a chef myself I can guarantee that there is not smoker in that kitchen. Over cooked brisket done in the oven. Bottled BBQ sauce and tasteless mac and cheese. Also watched the cooks eating and chewing over the food they were preparing right in front of us. If the owner is seeing this, you need to be aware of what's going on in your establishment/investment. The staff is losing you money and the food is not being executed to the level it should be. 1 star because 0 isn't an option

Had a fantastic experience here! Drinks came super quick and food came at the perfect time. Let me tell you about the food, I’ve been craving poutine for such a long time and we ordered the brisket poutine and it was the best! We also ordered wings and they were huge and delicious. The price is a bit higher for their food but makes sense as it’s bbq and cooked right, so worth it. I seen another group order the nachos and ribs and man they were massive, can’t wait to try those in a few weeks when we come back!
