I have used different attorneys in the past but none of them like Bill. He actually cared and understood my personal situation And did everything in his power to get us what our family needed. This rating is "solely" based on availability and response time from Attorney Farias. 6 Calls and 3 weeks later, NO response from Mr. Farias whatsoever. 

I don't know about most folks, but running a successful business, I myself have little time to respond to customers/clients However, I make time to do so as customer service is important for any business to truly thrive.

I would much more respect a response stating "I am not taking on any more clients at this time" instead of waiting weeks for no reply at all. . 

Bill, may be a great attorney and his reviews certainly show this to be true for the folks he has helped and that is awesome. But for me (and I'm sure for others who haven't taken the time to submit reviews)  Bill may be just another attorney overloaded with clients and i would suggest he inform potential clients he is over booked at the moment to avoid future frustration from potential clients.
