Worse service EVER!!! He really don’t care about you or to help you find what your looking for!! It’s like take it or leave!! And always talking about you in their languages if you ask questions they will look at you with a certain way like his disgusted and annoyed!! REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE!! And SCAMS PEOPLE with his product That’s REFURBISHED!! BE CARFUL!! REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

They sold me a ring which they claimed was 14k white gold a while ago. They even gave me a certificate as proof. When I went to have it evaluated a couple of days ago, not only was the ring not 14k, it wasn't even gold! I never write reviews but this was too insulting not to. Beware of this jewelry store.
I had been given a gold Snake Ring by my mom and lost it in the 90s in preschool and decided to buy another when I got older. Bought last week tuesTue on NYE and it came within a week. Unfortunately Canada Post didn't feel like ringing the doorbell and left a notice on the door. Ring was initially bought a 7.5 for my index finger but decided it looked better on my ring finger. Absolutely love it and thank you for gifting me with earrings. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you. Will definitely shop here again.
Best jeweller in town even in this quarantine I still got answers in less than 5min and got my item shipped successfully. If ur looking for any kind of jewellery, I recommand bijouterie setor been buying from them for more than 10 years!
