They made the most beautiful ring for me! My boyfriend brought diamonds from another ring and a photo of what i wanted and they made me exactly that in one week service was excellent and they are a very professional team that really take the time with their customers.
I brought a ring in to have the 3 prongs tightened but was told that 2 of them looked broken & after appraisal, they told me that prongs were broken & would need to be replaced at a cost of $80.00. I took it to another jeweler & they tightened the 3 prongs on the spot. They told me they were not broken! No charge! Not impressed with Besner Jewelry?
I had 2 pieces sent in for repair, took a week for a quote accepted, called three weeks later to be told that they were busy with clients but what does that make me right.tech called back to tell me that I was 4th on the list and that was 2weeks ago. I curious to see how far this is going to drag out. We’ll folks, 6 weeks later I decided to just drop bye and claim my wife’s wedding bands without any fuss , surprisingly they had been ready for a week and no one had followed through to advise us that they were ready.we verify the craftsmanship and the work had not been completed and still charged us the same price but with a discount on a future purchase. I don’t have to say much more.
My wife passed away this year and I had some special requests regarding some of her jewelry. Not only was the manager, Sandra, very compassionate and helpful, all was done perfectly.
Went to get my watch battery changed which I believed was dead. The gentleman at Besner tested it said it was good and tweaked the loose crown which was causing the problem. All is well now. The price... $0. Old school civility and marketing 101. Rest assured that I'll be buying my next watch and even jewelry at Besners in Dorion on the 2/20 Harwood.
Not a big shop but very friendly staff
Very professional and courteous staff. I went there to replace the battery on my Fossil watch. It wouldn't work after coming in contact with water for 1-2 days. I suspect the gasket wasn't placed properly or there was something else wrong with tbe watch. It wasn't worth repairing a second time.
Always been my jeweler of choice..as long as Normand has been there the quality of workmanship has been outstanding ! I believe he alone has been the reason for dependable business this has become. I sure hope he never retires !!
Went to have the battery in my watch replaced and decided to also swap the watch band. Very satisfied!!! Wonderful customer service, clean store and charming ambiance.
Went to get my Battery and bracelet pins replaced. battery replacement was great, pin replacement was not, after incorrectly adjusting the watch with the wrong pin size, I had to wait another week for the repair. And even with the repair the replacement pins were not the right fit. The lady who served me was not professional. Will avoid this jewelery place in the future.
