Excellent service! They always called prior to delivering or picking up the box, arrived when they said they would be there, were polite and courteous, very accommodating, and Allen is a pro at placing the container! Highly recommend the service they provide and will use Big Steel Box again!

First time with Big Steel Box and I would recommend and will come again! I contacted a few different storage companies and Big Steel Box was the fastest to respond and the most attentive to my needs. I spoke to multiple staff at their Penticton branch and all were a pleasure to speak with. Allan, who delivered our Box arrived at the time we had arranged, called before hand to give us notice that he was on his way and parked to box with skill (even the neighbors came out to watch!). Allan was very good-natured and made sure the box was level and that we were comfortable with all the ins-and-outs before leaving us with The Box. We ordered an 8x8x8 footer and it looked like it came straight out of the factory it was so clean. All in all, we were very demanding in time constraints and Big Steel Box went beyond our expectations. It's a pleasure doing business with such a professional and friendly company.

I am very impressed with Big Steel Box and my move from Edmonton to Penticton. The container was very clean and they communicated every step along the way. I would use them again.

These folks are just great. Allan, in particular, goes the extra mile to give you amazing service; making your goods safe secure and readily available. He is so gentle moving the containers, I have never has an item spill or shift around. Well done sir.
