Friendly smiling faces all the time! Walk in neeeeeeding a coffee, and by the time I leave I no longer just "need" my coffee, I can enjoy my coffee.  There is something to be said about genuine friendliness... not just being friendly because you have to be the kind of friendly while you're at work.

I had never been to Biggby until a franchise came to Marquette. I absolutely loved it. It has a very low-key, colorful atmosphere. The coffee and drinks are fantastic! A little pricy, but if it's only a once in awhile thing, it's worth it. I especially love the Michigan Cherry coffee!
