Biggar's Key Shop

I called Biggars for a garage key. I gave them the code and picked up my keys. I had the exact same code key cut this summer. I was charged 8$ in July and 41 dollars this time. I was told there is a 30$ code charge this time. The key worked once out of 20 times. I called biggars and they wouldn't help me at all. Just got me off the phone quick. I contacted another lock company and they sold me the whole lock and key for 25$ Biggars was comfortable leaving me with nothing and way overcharged

This is the best place to get keys cut or anything you need! I live in an older home that has a specific kind of key that you cannot find at other places. They were able to get me new keys cuts in a couple minutes and it works perfectly. Who knows, the may just just have the exact type of key you need!

A little judgemental of people but other than that answered my questions and made me and my wife feel safe about our deadbolt situation , But when I wanted to purchase a few locks to replace some then that was where the judging came in. Otherwise, I would give him 5 stars sorry. But as it says, you, judge and I will judge you.

Company is great!! So is the customer service however when we had someone install a lock for us that we provided, he didn't use all the screws and said there are not needed. For months now the lock shifts in its place until my husband had to reinstall it all over again with ALL the screws. And the problem was resolved! Please be sure to do this forwarding on, there is a reason for all the amount of screws given!

We had almost given up hope on finding a new ignition cylinder for our Japanese import vehicle, but the lovely gentleman at Biggar's had our broken one fixed and up and running within half an hour. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Going on 10 years as a landlord and 5 as a business owner with a large shop, I require; and go through, many keys and locks. I stopped into this shop, on a whim, while running errands in Niagara Falls and I am so happy that I did. They have the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices blow Canadian tire or anywhere else, for that matter, out of the water. I have truthfully gone into this place with 20 different keys vehicles, padlocks, houses, utilities and more and come out 20 minutes later and absolutely shocked by the price in a good way. They definitively go the extra mile. They have actually come out to my vehicles to test the keys for me. Today I bought 10 padlocks for my business and it was 1/2 the price I would have paid online. I have not had to used their mobile services, but if they are half as good as their in-house team, you are in good hands.

Thank you Biggars for fixing my car ignition in a very fast time. It works great and the service was number 1!!!. I was extremely pleased. Anybody looking for a locksmith, i definitely recommend Biggars in Niagara Falls.
