key got stuck in the ignition of a high security car. John came highly recommend, and saved the day. Everything was fixed, and price was less than the part alone from the dealership, nevermind we would of had to have it towed. I talked to him about our experiences threwout the years and found him to be extremely knowledgeable in automotive. Needless to say ace is our new locksmith.

Terrible experience with Tony. He quoted me an expensive rate and in my desperation to get to work I agreed. When he arrives he then adds 40% of original quote. Tries desperately to avoid a receipt for his business and then adds another 13% for a grand total of 53% more than the quote. His competitor was half his quoted rate and only 30% of his demanded rate!! I had to refuse this shifty shaded business... And now will call Better Business Bureau.

While on vacation, I locked my keys in the car like a moron. Worst of all I've never been to this area so I was confused and had no idea that to do. I called Tony after finding his number online and within 15 minutes, he was out to my car and I was reunited with my keys. Vacation saved and for a reasonable price. I am grateful.

It was frustrating losing my car keys in another country, and especially considering that the few other locksmiths that I called were unable or unwilling to help. When I spoke with Tony, he was concerned about my situation and immediately got the necessary information about my car and was ready to cut with laser cutting machine my specially designed key. Highly recommended.
