Very helpful, let's you know what else is wrong.  Tires are expensive if your not a millionaire. Needful when you have a car.

Kevin took great care of my family, we had to have our truck towed to them on the 24th of July.  Sheared off the lug bolts on the rear passenger side.  Lugs got loose.  He told me a time frame and he and JR got it done it less time than expected.  Great service, great knowledge and professionalism.  They were a referral and here is another one.  Go see Kevin. Got us back on the road.  Then he asked us drive around then come back to double check the new lugs. He did what he said he would do, it is good see good people doing good business.

Just bought a set of tires. There great we love them, the ride is nice and smooth. The customer service was wonderful. Thanks Big O!!!!
